| Post subject: | Trailex Tongue Height |
I'm wondering what the tongue height is on the Trailex Trailer when it is level? I preparing my truck for towing a TI with the standard Trailex Trailer recommended by Hobie (8" tires). I'm picking it up used, and don't want to waste money on 1 ball receiver to pick it up and a second that has the proper drop. I'm also concerned about the 6 hour drive home with a potentially improperly balanced trailer. |

top of the ball is about 17" on my SUT 350. |

You were dead-on BobAgain. I bought a ball receiver with a 4" drop based upon your measurement of 17" and the trailer was level. I'm the proud new owner of a 2014 TI. I only had to drive half way across Texas to buy it. |

Congratulations! We were out this afternoon. 7-9 mph winds. Bright sunshine, blue sky and autumn colors are just starting to peek out. I have a big smile on my face every time we return. |
