I have just got a brand new Hobie AI.. I was super stoked to see there was no bottom dents from transport in the kayak However there is (What iam afraid of) at bad stern dent see pictures. Is it fixable and if yes how do i go abaut fixing it. Its been in the sun for 1 day and nothing... Boiling hot water and its a little better but overall nothing to the sharp dent And to make things worse, its now sailing weather where i live |

That is either from storage or freight damage. Typically these can be fixed using a hot water technique. This will not affect performance if the boat though. Quote: Easy Dent Removal
