| Post subject: | Vantage CT seat webbing repair / replace? |
Wondering how to repair/replace my Vantage CT seat webbing for my 2017 Tandem Island rear seat. The seat back's webbing along the right side began to tear, then it has separated -- pulled out from under the retaining rod. Webbing separation shown:  Is the webbing something I could order/replace? Or a dealer? Other? Thanks for any advice. |

Okay, got my Vantage CT replacement seat back fabric. It came with no instructs. Several Internet searches yield no instructs on how to install this. All I found was a Vantage seat repair video, no Vantage CT info! How do I replace this thing? |

Small screws hold a wire in the groove. Remove the screws. Reset the wire in the new seat back. Press the wire in the grove and install screws to hold. |

Thanks for this message board and video. Like the other post, it did not come up with multiple searches. The seat back replacement would have been daunting without it. I’ve now ordered a replacement mesh seat back from my dealer. Love my Hobie Revolution 11 |

Is there a link to the video? I have a 2015 and my back mesh has started to split. Is it just the 2 screws that are just above the upper cross piece? |

I just replaced my seat back following this video. Many thanks as it made the job much easier having a clue how it's all assembled. Is it just a coincidence that mine was torn on the right side also. |

Hi Ladies n gents, This weekend one of the two metal pins that keeps the mesh of the back support in place on one of my Vantage CT seats snapped in half, resulting in a sharp edge halfway the backsupport. While searching for others that encoutered and solved this issue didn't find any. I've been looking for the part # to see if i can replace it with the original hobie part, no luck so far. Dit anyone of you have a similar issue while replacing a backrest mesh? Is it going to require a a Mc Guiver solution? Will post a picture later if needed. Best, WdW |
