Post subject: | Rusty Trailer Bolts Question |
I purchased a used 2017 TI on a trailex trailer. It appears that all the bolts are very rusty and while i can turn the nuts fairly easily, the T bolts are still fairly seized in their tracks so I cannot adjust/remove them so far. So first does anyone have any experience with dealing with these rusted bolts? I would need to not cut them and leave them in place since they are in tracks on the trailer. And also, should I go with all stainless steel hardware when replacing? Pic is an example of what all the bolts look like. ![]() Grateful for any assistance |
