Accessory plug on the front of the PA

Post subject:  Accessory plug on the front of the PA

What size pole or pipe fits into the accessory plug on the front of the PA? I think it is for an optional sail, but I'm not sure.

I want to make a camera/camcorder mount and use that accessory plug.

It's for the sail mast. I takes a 1-inch OD fitting.

I used the same opening on my Outback for the fish finder mount. Get some PVC and go straight up, then fit a 45-degree turn and more straight PVC to get the unit as high and as far back towards you as desirable. Just watch out that you don't locate it so far back that it hits the Mirage Drive.
