Does anybody use a power winch to assist with launching the PA? Have found some great yak fishing areas with difficult launches (steep hills, etc..). Was thinking a small ATV winch w/wireless remote mounted in my trucks receiver would assist pulling the the PA on the cart while I lifted the front end. Might also help on steep, slippery boat ramps. Any thoughts or advice is welcome. |

I would be careful as there have been more than several (that I know) that have had issues with the front handle coming loose. Seems the brass inserts that hold the screws start wallowing out of the plastic. Not sure what Hobie would think if you were winching from handles........might not be covered under warranty. |
