Ok here's the scenerio. Girl just got a mini van Nissan quest with factory rails. If I throw Yakima rail grabs on top will it support a pa? The Yakima site says they can hold 165 lbs. I am unsure of the quest rail limit. I normally load it in my truck but she got the van for long trips just hoping to be able to bring the yak along to go fishing.

Should be fine. You might want to check the capacity of the roof rack, it should be in the owners manual if it's not on a sticker directly on the rack. The bigger problem is lifting a Pro Angler that high! Also, handling of the Nissan will be affected with that much weight that high up.

The factory crossbars are 125 it does not have those so I got the yakimas which have a higher capacity. I will check the Manual see if they list rail capacity in there.

Thanks for the reply
