I found a nice 2010 PA for $1900.00 What are the upgrades the 2011 & 2012 have over the 2010 model. It has been upgraded with the new steering. Is it worth $1900 or should I hold out and buy a 2012 model? |

I have a 2010, and I think the steering is the biggest difference. If the boat is in good shape it does come at a pretty good discount to the 2012, but I would think you could get it for less. I guess it depends on condition. I think a test drive would be in order to do a leak check. |

I would say that is a very reasonable price for a 2010!! you gotta remember hobies hold there value. the only difference in the steering, but the biggest thing is to just get a hobie PA either way whichever you choose you'll be 100% happy |

I prefer the older steering system. It's easier to rest your hand on the edge of the seat and you don't give up one or two rod holder positions. Other than that, it's a toss up. Buy whichever one you get the best deal on. |
