Can anyone recomend a pushpole that is good but wont break the bank? I have a yakattack one, but when standing in the PA14 it is a little short. Looking for one in the 10'-12' range. |

My wife and I use our old gaffs from our boat we used to have. I sawed off the protruding portion near the point and sanded it down until smooth. They work great for push poles because they extend out and sturdy but terrible for anchor stick. Also a little worried when lightning around because they are metal. |
