....... the issue is I am 5'10" and I know all the Hobies fit me, but my mate is way huge. Guessing 6'10" with crazy long legs .. My query is, which model will be the easiest to adjust from short to long. My guess is that the Revo, OB, PA 14 and PA 12 will all have the same distance between seat and peddles. I normally have my peddles adjusted to position 2 ..... so there is a heap of easy adjustment there, but the PA seats may have adjustment as well. I am trying to get a Demo ..... but no 12's here yet. Any thoughts from the "think Tank " ? |

Sounds like u need a PA 14 with the adjustable seat mod |

PA 14 has the most length between the seat and the peddles. Also the peddles themselves have the 6 different adjustment settings. |

Your weight difference is also an important consideration. A boat like the Revolution will handle quite a bid differently if there is a significant amount of weight in it. Larger people tend to find the Revolution to be a bit less stable than average sized people or smaller people. The Pro Angler's (especially the 14) have plenty of capacity. I'd start there. |

I would suggest putting in the sliding seat modification and then purchasing a PA 14. If you are going to share, I would think that this would allow you both todo so until you purchase the second PA. Regards... |
