Thanks for the comments guys! RLC, It's a 2 liter soda bottle crate that folds flat. You can google "folding crate" and find one to fit your needs. Carl |

Great job well done. I'd however suggest to change the actuator arm connection to a "hook setup" so that the motor can kickback should you hit the bottom. |

Thanks for the comments guys! Gaz, you are correct. This unit does need a kickback function. I mainly fish big lakes with the PA, so I wasn't really considering that as being an issue. Like I said though, this is a prototype and I've already begun to make design improvements. I think I will scrap this one and start over. The new one will have full retraction, kickback, and steering. It will also be easily detachable. Carl |
