Hi, very quick question. I have a 2009 Pro Angler I got used (and probably paid too much for). Took it sailing as have the sail kit and steering was terrible (have an outback and revo and the knob on the pro angler was not a great move, much prefer the lever). JOY!! after internet search I found the upgrade kit for 150 USD (I will have to get it shipped to NZ as the one dealer here for the country has not got back to me with availability and cost). The boat also has the old steering drum in the back, is it worth also upgrading to the larger one too? Or will the steering lever upgrade fix the issue and give me the desired control back?
