looking at picking up 2012 pa 14 dealer leftover, they say it is lowrance ready, I thought that started in 2013. |

This is a simple test......Just look under the hull....aft end of the seat to see if the black transducer cover is there. |

The 2012 PA 12 came with the transducer ready mount. The PA 14 didn't occur until the next year. |

Ditto what islandspeed2001 stated. I have the 2012 PA14. It was not Lowrance (or any brand) ready. If it has a Vantage seat, it has the option. |

I have a 2012 PA14 as well....not transducer ready, so I just set mine up in a 'wet-box'; it's dual-image and works great through the hull. |
