My buddy has a new to him 09 Pro Angler, it has on the right inside part of the yak just forward of the rudder control a hole with nothing in it. My 09 Pro Angler has two stainless screws in the same area. His rudder is very difficult to deploy and retract, could the missing screw have something to do with this? |

Hard to say... mounting of hardware has changed. The block may hang from a single screw/ Best to look around inside with a small camera or video. May be corrosion / rust on the rudder hardware? |
