I would like to give a shout out to the excellent service provided by Hobie and my local dealer- Sturgis Boat Works in West Yarmouth on Cape Cod.The seat in my PA14 broke. It was under warranty, and the process to get a new seat was handled very painlessly and efficiently by Brianna and the others at Sturgis. I also received the stainless clips, so I should be good to go! Thanks again, Brian W |
