Post subject:  New guy PA17

Just picked up a PA17 and dialing it in. Looking forward to loading it with yellowtail this summer. Fist on the list was a trailer. Ran down to Harbor freight and grabbed a $300 dollar trailer and modified the crap out of it. Here's a few pics

Nice. Still working on my trailer rack at this rate i am just going to buy a welder and learn how to weld. I have been through 4 different folks and no love. I give them plans and i dont even get a quote back.

Big learning curve with a tig and not production friendly. I suggest a 110 mig wire feeder at Home Depot and bottle of Argon/co2 at your local welding supply. Mig is really easy to learn and makes beautiful welds.

Yeah, I've been checking that out. I like the bimini top my wife is bugging me for something like that.
