Hmmm, ACK has a wide selection of scupper plugs. You may be able to use those foam balls, if they stick up, atleast they are rounded. Let me ask, why do you use the plugs in the PA? Not trying to sound accusatory or anything just curious. I have never had water come remotely close to coming through my scuppers. The mirage drive well occasionally. Is it because you fish rough water and its shooting the the scuppers? Cold water? I am purchasing some of ACKs large scupper plugs for my rod tubes to get some additional sealing, I don't think they leak but still.

Don't want any 50* water on me during the winter. I picked the yellow ones at ACK. 1 to 1.5"...

Scupper plugs that work perfect for the PA at ACK.
Just cut the top off and drill holes for the pull cords.
