I purchased a new HD cart and the rubber stops dont seem to sit right on the hull or scuppers. Was there a design change that requires a different model cart?

Do the metal posts not stick all the way through? I had to adjust mine and move the stoppers down a ways to get it to stick through enough to use the cart keeper pin. Mine are down like all the way to the bottom.

The metal posts go through the scuppers and show through the top. Its the rubber stoppers that dont seem to fit the bottom of the hull. When both stoppers are on, one side seems to fit the mold of the hole and the other seems to stop at the bottom of the hull before reaching the scupper hole. I tried turning it around in every combination but it doesnt seem to sit well. Does anyone else have this or can show a pic of how its suppose to sit?

I believe there are two sets of holes/scuppers.. Have you tried both set of holes? Mind won't fit in one, but will in the other... Good luck

Not a problem. The stoppers or "Cart Clamps" do not have a net fit to most scuppers, but the contact points are hitting on thicker hull material which is desired over the crossbar denting the radius bottom.

I decided not to use the hard stoppers. With the hot summer temps where I live I didn't like having a hard point of contact on the hull. I used a 3 inch foam pool noodle and cut two pieces 1 3/4 inch thick. They fit nicely over the cart poles. They compress and form around the scupper hole and distribute the weight more evenly. I found that 1 3/4 inch gives just enough compression that the majority of weight is on the foam and just a little support weight is on the crossbar (not enough to damage or dent). Anything thicker than two inches and the posts don't stick up high enough through the top of scupper hole on my 2015 PA12.
