I have decided on the Pro Angler after much research. Due to health issues, I was unable to demo a boat this year; however, I have an opportunity to purchase a 2015 demo Pro Angler 12 that has supposedly been in the water twice for $2060 out the door. Should I jump on this or hold out and get the 14 for near double the price? Seems like a no brainer, but I really don't want a boat I'm not going to be happy with at that price. I won't be carrying a ton of fishing gear, but might do a weekend camping trip with a cooler and a dog. Thanks. |

I have the 14 and love it, but for that much savings, I'd jump on this deal. At that price you can use it a while and if you don't like it you won't have any problem getting your money back out of it, maybe even more. Run, don't walk, and grab that deal! You can always go back and get the 14 after you cash out of this one. I don't know anyone unhappy with the 12 and unless you're a really big guy it will likely suit you just fine. You'll be able to really trick it out with all the money you'll save. |

That is the $64 question only you can answer! I am 6' and 172#.....I went from a new 2010 Outback (12') to a new 2013 PA-14, two years ago and never looked back......pick your poison. The PA-12 will be more stable and roomy than the Outback, but IMHO, the PA-14 rules. |

Too late. Went up to Chatanooga and stood in line for a demo'd pa 12. Got lucky and got the ticket for it, even though there was about 15 people in front of me. In the end it didn't matter, I ponyed up an extra 1300 bucks for a brand new PA 14. So, I'll be sitting in the dark in my new boat eating ramen noodles for the next year or so. |
