After spending a few months trying to find a good deal on a used PA 14, I finally bit the bullet and bought my first kayak and ended up with a new '16 PA 14. I had never been in a kayak and this was a great experience (other than being out of shape). Spent 4.5 hours out trying to figure things out and ended up catching a couple sea trout. Now I have to buy a trailer because this thing was a PITA getting it in and out of my Excursion. |

Congratulations on the new PA! It starts with a new trailer... Then a new Lowrance HDS7 Gen 3, then a Power-pole Micro just because it can be controlled by your Lowrance... Dual batteries... Blue and green LED fishing lights... The next think you know your trying to color match $500 coolers to your Olive PA14, because you never know when your going to need ice to last for 10 days straight and when you do you want it to look good! When the Hobie Monkey gets on your back it is hard to shake it off! Welcome, your going to have a blast! |
