Post subject: | JetSki/ProAngler lift |
On my boat dock I have my ProAngler 14 and would like to add a new PWC /JetSki. Now my ProAngler rests on the Hobie cradles and the motorized lift lifts it up and down into the water. Ideally my new PWC will sit right beside my Hobie so either can be lifted in and out of the water. The problem I foresee is that when lowering either craft the other craft will start floating away. As an example if I lower my lift to take out the PWC the Hobie will also be floating and could float away. If I secure either and someone lowers the lift too far it will submerge the other craft. Any suggestions would be appreciated. |

This reply may be to late. I just had a new dock built. I have a Solo Skiff and Gheenoe set up the way you are describing. Don't float the boats. Put them in far enough that you can push and pull the boats on and off the lift fairly easy. |
