Post subject:  2016 - PA 14 replacement rear handle
Hi All,

I have a 2016 PA 14 Ivory Dune, had a wonderful run-in with a telephone pole while my truck was in reverse.

Obviously, the telephone pole won.

I was at Delaware Paddle Sports, and the 2016 specific year is different from previous/later models.

I need the plastic endcaps which bolt to the hull, and the h-bar which runs parallel to the flat back of the PA. Also probably need the hardware nuts/bolts/washers to replace originals. Hopefully this descriptor is adequate, I thought I had taken a photo of the Hobie replacement parts catalog, but cannot find the photo in my camera roll on my Galaxy. I found the 2016 owners manual online, please see photo attachment.

Any help is much appreciated!

Not different that I am aware of. PA14 and 12 call out the same parts.

Matt thanks for the quick reply! The stern handle on my 2016 is the octagonal h-rail style, not the round tube.

Below is a picture of the H-Rail bolt-on kit, can you find the part number of the shorter PA stern handle overall width?
