Just picked up my PA14 360 and noticed that the starboard side of the mirage drive housing looks like it was finished with a chainsaw. Is this normal and if not, could it possible effect the fitting or stability of the mirage drive? Just looking at it and this being my first mirage drive, it looks purely cosmetic to me but figured now would be the time to try to address it if it could be an issue. ![]() |

Cosmetic. A change has been made to remove the need to make some clearance here. The engineers are not recommending a replacement well though. Messing with a functioning system may not be worth it. |
