Purchased a 360 2 months ago and been out on it 4 times. While i have watched the out of box video allowing me to set the global adjustment it has not resolved my issue. It seems as though i may have a clutch problem. When letting go of the 360 drive handle it automatically turns to the right and within 2 peddle strokes the boat runs in circles. https://drive.google.com/file/d/11TikQo ... sp=sharing Anyone have any ideas? I really dont want to send it back to the dealer for repair because it might take months but, i also cant use it like that, annoying. |

This sounds like the springs in the Clutch are not functioning. Contact your dealer for assistance in placing a claim. Warranty would respond with a repair or parts solution. |

I have the exactly the same problem with mine. The drive turns right with just a few pedal strokes unless I hold the drive handle. Hobie has a video out on adjusting the clutch. So far that has not solved the problem after about a turn and 1/2 movement. Going to try tightening it more. Does anyone now what the back screw does on the clutch housing? |

I tightened the clutch screw another half turn and got better results. It holds straight unless i pedal hard then it rotates again. How tight can I go on the clutch screw? I have turned it probably 2 full turns and a half. |

I would think until the drive starts hitting the other side of the well. That only holds the drive against the turning gear. You think it skips teeth? The other setting is the belt tube. |

No, I don't thing the teeth are slipping. Clearly the drive is wobbling back and forth. After the last time i tightened the clutch screw it seems to be working better unless i pedal hard but the drive is now hard to remove. |
