I just got a 2020 Arctic blue PA 12 w/360 drive. I would like to purchase a crate for the back. I am trying to decide between Yakattack Blackpak, the Hobie H-crate or the Wilderness Kayak Crate? They all look great on paper & photos but curious to hear your opinions & pros/cons for each . . .

Not me on my PA-14....."less junk is more" in my view. Having 2 tackle boxes under the seat and stuff inside the hull in front of the seat is all I need.
I lay my net behind the seat with a safety line attached.
My anchor and safety light is stored up front inside the tub.

I have the Wilderness Crate, got it as a gift. Personally wouldn't have spent that money on a box, but I do really enjoy it, the top tackle storage section is awesome, as is the waterproof-ness.

For salt water I have a milk crate I attached some bungees and two of the wilderness rod holders too, that also works great. If you want the waterproofing, one of the sealed crates might be worth it. If not, a milk crate might do?

I also don't use a crate on my PA or any other kayak. If I can't store it under the seat (in the PA) or inside the hull I don't need it. The rear tank well holds my drink/snack cooler and/or fish bag depending on whether I'm offshore or inshore.

Thanks for the messages! After careful consideration, I am going with the Wilderness Krate! It looks good, solid build, lots of room, 4 rod holders, and fairly waterproof! Perfect for me!! :D
