Hi, I have included some pictures of my 360 drive showing how the pedal drive arms aren’t evenly aligned. This is causing one side to rub on the center now. Does anyone know how to adjust this?
The drive cable tension is fine.
TIA

Need to follow the instructions and watch the video for idleer cable / global adjustments are the support page for 360:

I've shared your post with Phil Dow - he can maybe give some details (prob not till Monday)

Following along as I have the same issue on the right side as well. I have performed the adjustments per the Hobie recommendation, but the misalignment remains.

It's common for the spacing between the inside edge of the drum and the center spine component to be smaller on the right side, and it may even rub slightly at times. This is due to the asymmetric routing of the internal wires that run from the drums, around the internal dual pulleys (red) and down to the bearing rings. This means that the backs of both drums are being pulled slightly to the left side of the drive. Once the wires route around the dual pulleys, this sets them up to be in the right position to keep the bearing rings balanced around the pivot of the drive, which ensures that they don't hit each other as they travel up and down.

You may find that the spacing gets worse with an excessive amount of tension on the global adjuster, so you might try backing it off a turn from tight and seeing if that helps. Other than a slight marring between the right drum and the spine, this asymmetry shouldn't cause any other issues with the performance of the drive and isn't indicative of a larger issue.

Thanks Philip, just wanted to make sure there wasn't something bigger going on.
