Good morning everyone. I am new here so my apologies if I posted in the wrong forum. I recently got my PA12 with 180 drive and I love it. I am trying to store the kayak in my garage and noticed that it is recommended for it to be stored flat on the ground. I was wondering if something like this would be ok to store it on I just like the ease of use and being able to move the kayak around with easy and help with loading into the truck. https://youtu.be/vXuI3biA9hU ![]() |

no - best if that wear a flat platform - not just resting on the strips - what that does is distort the hull and add pressure on the scuppers - best on a flat platform to spread the weight of the kayak over a larger surface area and not stress scuppers. |

Thank you. I’ll have to figure out another way. How do people transport them on trailers with bunks? |
