I just took possession of my new PA14 yesterday, and I'm trying to figure out what this scupper hole does. It appears to have a cap inside it, set at an angle, and it does not budge. It says "Remove before use." Beyond it, I can make out a black object, which I assume runs to the rudder. This scupper is the single one nearest the rear hatch in the PA14. Does anyone know what this is for? It's not like the 2 directly behind the seat, which people use for the cart legs. |
