Matt Is the protectant a slick finish? Do you have one in the works, like holemkol or mclubes ? I'll buy from hobie before them given the choice. Jeremy get some quick I'll want some for round TI and the Moss landing challenge. |

The protectant is a McNett product "UV Tech". Unlike other materials that are simply coatings, the protectant gets absorbed into the material being protected and rebuilds lost oils. Then the outer skin can be washed off if desired. |

Jeremy needs a bottle of each then for me. The tiger will need a bath after the next 2 regattas. |

What hobie18rich said, Jeremy! Bring lots of bottles! The SF bay has left naaaasty stains on my boat. Not that the stains affect performance, but the chicks don't dig ugly boats (just don't tell my wife who's pregnant with our second kid). By the way, is the Round TI still on? Where's the NOR? |

Its designed for plastics, so yes, it will work well on Getaway hulls. This stuff isn't like Oxalic acid, so not sure how agressive it is on deeply stained hulls. Let me know. |
