Had some racing during the Neptune Festival here in Va Beach. Quite interesting going out into the surf. Only 1 disaster and that was a snapped mast. http://gallery.mac.com/davehales#100343 Enjoy. |

He was almost out and the last breaker caught him. Flipped him over backwards and snapped the mast. He has another but still it's a bummer. |

That looks like fun! I hope I don't kill Gordo's 16 this weekend in the Dana Point surf.......Doheny used to be famous for its huge wave, before the jetty was built. |
