Hey Matt Miller, or anyone else that knows... Where can I find a reeving guide for the 21 sc? I recently got one and I really don't think it is right. Thanks, Dan |

You can download the hobie parts catalog and there will be a diagram in there, not sure what page, that will show you how to do a 6:1 block. hope this helps. Thanks, Brad Stephens |

thanks, I know that one is there, the 21 is a slightly different setup. Going from memory, the line anchors on the top block from a small pulley suspended below the center pulley. Attached to the bottom block is an additional pulley/rachet/cleat. It is not addressed in the assy manual. Go Pistons!! |

I don't recall a diagram of it. Basic concept would be to avoid cross overs in the lines. Allow the two blocks to be at different angles. No alignment of the blocks is necessary. I am sure the blocks were in the rigging video a few times... and the promo video. I'll look for it and try to get a screen shot. |

Thanks Matt, I've already checked out the video several times with no real luck. It's not in the assy manual or the parts manual. I know I'm close, may be correct but a diagram would be great. Also, in the video you reference stringing shock cord to keep the jib lines away from the mast. A description of this or a photo would be great. Dan |

The jib sheet preventer bunjee is a simple triangle. Tied to the box up to the diamonds and back down to the box. Keeps the sheets from getting tangled in the mast base. |
