Hi,
I moved just recently to Aventura and my Hobie Cat 18 is due to arrive any day. Does anyone know where is a good launching beach for catamarans around North Miami with 4WD access to water and preferably dogs friendly beach as well?

i know that at hobie beach in key biscayne is a popular launching spot for catamarans.... right before you get to the miami seaquarium on the right... if your looking for marinas to launch from there's the haulover marina or pelican harbor marina... |

If you launch near the aquirium, at the end of the day you get an icey cold beer across the street and down the road at Jimbos. One of Miamis hidden gems. |
