My wife loves her Hobie Rachet harness. she's 5' 110 lbs. you will need to loolk at several issues when you buy a harness. Are you lake sailing the look tward the but bucket style. distance racing full back lumbar support. Mixed bag try a convertable. if you have a local hobie dealer see if they have a few you can try on for fit. |

I am a big fan of Aquata/Magic Marine products, the Equipe XT in particular. I also like the Zhik designs, a bit pricey but nice. |

i love my magic marine ladies regatta trap harness , i'm 5'2'' 70 kilos , i bought the xl because i like to wear my pfd under the harness , it has a removable lumber support which i removed , it is just so comfortable compared to what i was using previously , i paid 215 aussie dollars 7 years ago , and it's still in pretty good condition . hope this helps |

Do some harnesses have cleats for a chickenwire? This looks like an important feature for a non-athletic crew not to go crashing forward during a sudden stop. What is this actually in reference to? Can anyone describe? |

you have to make your own cleats for a chicken wire. Normaly a jam cleat or a hook set up. |
