I have done some looking around before I posted this. My number is CCMP1393M80F ??? I know what most for the numbers and letters mean but I am not sure about the "F" . Please answer this. I looked at my boat yesterday and I am sure it is an "F". This did not make sense compared to what I have read. Please help. |

F is the month of manufacture, starting in September (A) of the prior year. So yours was made in the 6th month (February) of the 1980 model year. |

It's a placeholder character. All the boats of that era (1970's until late '80's) have an M in that position. |
