most people just head down to Panama City and sail, however it is a 5 hour drive. We have Midwinters on March 11th, we should have a good group a H16's come join us.

Thanks,

There are numerous catsailors who are members/friends of the Birmingham Sailing Club on Lake LOGAN Martin (south of Pell City?). (There are two Lake "Martin"s near Birmingham, right?) Anyway, they launch off a ramp, but do have a small "pea-gravelly" beach (would be OK w/ cat trax).

As Brad says, many of them do frequent the Gulf Coast, but I believe they're pretty active on their local lake as well. If you want to get in touch with them and can't get anywhere with the website, send me a PM...I'll get you some names/numbers.
