I rigged up some hydro-foils on my Hobie 21 SE
It is so fast that the numbers on the sail blew off

I sailed on that boat years ago. Way before we got involved in the TriFoiler. Not all that easy to keep up on the foils. Unlike the TriFoiler which uses the forward sensors for foil adjustment. I believe it had a twist control on the hiking stick to adjust the rear foils?

I believe it did Matt. The Moth has a similar feature. A twist control on the tiller changes the pitch of the foil in the water.
