Hi, Guys, Several weeks ago I posted a comment about Kelly- Hanson sail co . I was concerned about a sail I ordered in Sept. which I was not getting any (or little) feedback as to it's delivery status. On the two occasions that I did get through the excuses were different both times. I began to consider filing with the Colorado Attorney General and that was when I posted my concern on this forum. Yesterday I finally received the sail and I couldn't be happier with the sail. It is as I ordered (options, etc.) and seems to be well made. That is the positive aspect of my experience but their business model is very poor. Customer satisfaction must be the most important part of a small business since word of mouth gets around quickly on the internet. Just giving you the good and bad of my experience...DJ |

dja, we're glad you got your sails and didn't get stiffed their website, front page currently says "Thank you for visiting Kelly-Hanson Sails. We are no longer taking orders." |
