Labor Day weekend is always boat storage weekend for me. I purchased a Hobie 16 in May so had one extra boat to store for the winter but no extra room. I ended up putting planks across the rails of my 16 and stacking my Hobie 14 on top of the planks. Is this a bad idea? The 16 is sitting on rubber mats on top of dirt. I'm just wondering if the weight of the 14 will hurt the 16 over 7 months. Any thoughts are appreciated. |
