What is the story behind the Red Rudders at the Hobie 16 Worlds in Oz? (That’s a horse of a different color.) Really cool looking. Is this a new EPO2? Different material? Is this limited to only the Australian Worlds? |

Look close. Carbon trailing edge! Those are EPO3 rudders. They did make some red EPO2 rudders. I have a set, they are more of a "competition orange" and really look awesome! ![]() Sent from my PG86100 using Tapatalk |

The EPO3 rudders at the worlds were a much different color than the red EPO2s. They were more a "brick red" - kind of "pre-faded" red than the hot red of the EPO2s. Other than that, they were stock EPO3 - and will still set you back nearly a boat-buck for a pair. |
