Hey all, I am heading to Kauai in a few weeks, and have been looking hi and low for a place that will rent cats, but the only place that did no longer seems to. Any ideas? Id love to rent, borrow, beg, steal (ok, not that one) a getaway or wave (little kids with us) or really anything that floats! Mahalo |

It's been a couple years since I've been there, but there used to be a place in front of Duke's (Lihue) that rented them. I googled and came up with Kauai Beach Boys, which looks like them. Maybe that's who you were referring to. There were also a bunch of Hobies on the beach in Hanalei Bay, but I think they're privately owned. You might ask around Hanalei when you get there. Try the kayak rental places, and maybe they can hook you up. |
