Does anyone remember the Hobie rudder shaping tool? I believe that it had an upside down "V" that could easily shape the rudders. Are they still available? |

Just use a pair of and then file a little flat on trailing edge.. Doug |

They haven't been available for years but I've got one. They work great on the original lexan and EPOs. Two passes and your rudders are mute. They're tricky on the newer rudders. If you don't have a steady hand you'll end up with a scaloped trailing edge. |
