I'm based in Broward County / Miami area and also spend time regularly in Daytona. I'm looking for anyone who has a Hobie and would like "crew" to come sailing with them. I can do the basics, but have only hiked out a few times so would like to get better at that. On a separate note, if someone knows of places in Broward/Miami or Daytona where I can rent a Hobie and/or get some coaching that would be great too. Thanks for you help! |

The local Fleet races on Sunday mornings at the south end of Lauderdale Beach. We've often rented from Chuck's at the south end of Delray Beach. At the north end, keep an eye open for 'Elias', he hangs around the private boats, he may be able to help you out. Miami Causeway - there is a rental operator there who has mostly Getaways.
