Looking for a PFD/trap harness....
Not seeing any from Hobie…...Gill.…..
Anyone know of a good Trap harness that is also a CG approved PFD?

Nope. They don't exist anymore for a number of reasons, the chief one being that the sales volume required to justify a USCG approval all but precludes them.

So most wear a PFD and a harness over/under pfd
Thoughts on a good combo pfd/harness?

Depends on how much $$ you want to spend.

The best, most comfortable harness I've ever had (and I've had a few over the last 45 years) is the Zhik T2. But it's going to set you back close to $300.

Typically, the PFD is worn over the harness, so that's where you'll find the pockets. There are very few sailing PFDs made anymore - but the kayaking ones are just as good.

The Hobie-branded gear is reasonably priced and generally quite good.
