I would use a high quality epoxy (West Systems, MAS, US Composites). Finish the repair by shooting a coat of paint overtop to protect the epoxy from UV damage.

Thanks for the quick response.

I have some fiberglass tape and West System in stock so, I put it in to production. :D

Once cured, I will smooth the surface and than wait for the resin gasses to leak out.

How long should I wait to paint? A month?

Howdy guys took my hobie 16 down for the winter. My trap shockcords looked pretty frayed to the point i wouldnt trust my weighton them. What do you all recommend to rig and replace them? The upper wires seem OK, 2 of the plastic handles are broken but now sure how much that matters. Pics appreciatedwhatsapp web 192.168.0.1 routerlogin
