Hello to all ( not sure if this is in the right area on here)? I am newer than new to sailing...I will be taking my first sailing lessons in a week or two...I had interest for many years and I am finally doing it! I found a hobie holder 14ft in beautiful, mint condition. I do not know anything about them.. I was thinking sunfish before I found this boat. Is this boat good for beginners? I would like a good starter boat that I can also grow into. I live in a bayfront community in long island ny and will be trailering it ( matter of blocks away) Anything and everything you can share will greatly help. The seller has other interested parties so I need to make a pretty quick decision. literally! Thanks in advance!! happy sailing! |

Great beginner boat. A step above the Sunfish and room for friends and room to grow. |

A small.boat is as enjoyable as a large one.Less work and easier to launch and sail.More time for fun. |
