Looking for fellow Hobie enthusiasts around the area. Recently bought a 18SX and looking for some experienced cat people to have mercy on me and a few lessons maybe. Can't wait to learn how to sail this thing :D Thanks-Cody

I'm trying to find someone to possibly give me a few lessons and to help me learn the best way to rig it. Definitely not selling it.

There used to be EMSA (Eastern Multihull Sailing Assn.) over that way, but it looks to be defunct.
Keowee Sailing Club (https://www.keoweesailingclub.com/) has at least one multihull regatta per year.....they may know of some Hobie folk closer to you.
I know that there are recently active multihull sailors around High Point at Oak Hollow Sailing Club (http://www.ohsc.us/). I see that you also posted on https://www.thebeachcats.com/. Try PMing leeboweffect over there....I think he's an Oak Hollow guy.
I'm bettin' somebody knows somebody who can help and is not too far from you.
