This year (here in the OBX) my lower legs are getting massacred. Not just sailing, but also at the beach. Sunscreen doesn't last because I'm walking the boat out into the water or walking into the surf. I don't like to wear water shoes on the boat but I can't see any kind of upper-foot covering staying in place without a sole. Water shoes with tall socks? Tights? What is out there that works for Hobie sailing? Warm air and warm water, with lots of wind. |

Awesome, thanks. Something like these should have enough shin protection yet still be durable enough for onboard use: https://www.kayakacademy.com/collection ... =995815507 |
