Is there a reason no one has come up with a single integrated trap harness/personal floatation vest? If one exists, I haven't found it. It seems it would be easy to make and just makes sense. |

It's made by Offshore Products in El Monte, CA. It appears they're no longer in business. I bought two of them in 1981 along with my first 16. The first one finally wore out after numerous repairs, new straps, different hooks, etc. The one pictured is basically brand new as the crews I had over the years either had their own equipment or were too small to wear it. I LOVE this harness!! It's easy to get into, comfortable, provides excellent back support and, as was originally asked, fully integrated. Maybe Matt will see an opportunity and produce them. |
