Hey folks...I'm wondering if someone can tell me what the story is with the apparent lack of spare parts availability in Australia. Thinks like tramps, masts and various other spares for my Club Wave have no known ETA according to the retailers I've been contacting. Is this just an Australia thing, or are spare parts for Hobie Cats in short supply everywhere?? |

Hi, Have you had any luck finding parts in Australia? I am also in Australia with a fleet of Getaways and a few Waves and really need to get some spares to keep things going. Be keen if you have heard anything. |

I've found extremely limited spares about the place, but nothing reliable. Sunstate Hobie, Scott Lovig Hobie and Totally Immersed Watersports are the only places that have had anything at all. Nobody seems to have tramps, masts etc. Even smaller stuff like the mast step ball...I got the last one left. I was told by multiple people that it's because Hobie has gone back to manufacturing their own products, so there's a lag until parts supply becomes plentiful again. |
