The Canadian Jan/Feb issues arrived at Fogh Marine in Toronto on Jan 11. They mail them out from there for us. You should have yours by now - must be delivering by dog sled.

There were several problems that caused the Jan/Feb issue to be late:

- The original upload to the printer was on December 18. However, I had made a mistake in the layout and the color centerfold was off by two pages. I uploaded again on the evening of December 20 after fixing it.
- The Christmas / New Years holidays added four days to the printer's production schedule.
- The magazine was complete and ready for mailing on Jan 4 - but the printer won't mail until they receive the postage - which has to be mailed to them (that's something we're working on eliminating).
- The printer did not get the postage check until Jan 21 and the magazine was mailed on the 22nd.

As you can see, this issue was a struggle.

Will I be receiving one? I was one of the people that got caught up in the November Online Membership confusion.

Probably not - I didn't have any updates to the Canadian mailing list.

Send me your name and address via e-mail - hcanews(at)comcast.net - and I'll send you a copy.
